This plot, sits on elevated land just 230m from the seafront and the long beach of Agios Pavlos. It is set just back from the graded road which runs along the South edge of the Kalloni gulf and enjoys uninterrupted views across the bay. At distances of less than 2 km it is nestled between the charming fishing ports of Ag Pavlos – Skala Vassilikon, and Achladeri. Achladeri a small coastal settlement that is found next to Ancient Pyrrha.

If one is still allowed to build on this plot, then it has an allowance of 500 square meters for building. There are numerous spots for bathing and some excellent tavernas, within easy reach of the plot. The main towns of Kalloni and Polichnitos are less than a half hour by car.
