Bungalow:

The main entrance at the front through a glass panel door leads directly into the lounge with a window to the front. Adjoining the lounge is the double bedroom with a window to the front. A separate door goes out from the on to a shaded veranda from where the kitchen and utility room are accessed. The window frames are fabricated from white aluminium and are fitted with matching roller shutters. Except for the front door, the external doors are in wood.

The kitchen has a run of wall cabinets made from solid pine and a sink run with a twin bowl stainless steel top. In addition there are two original hand washing sinks on the opposite side. If these were removed this could make a more spacious kitchen with a large window looking over the outside sitting area.

Garden:
