Set on the entrance to Polichnitos town, back off the road to Mytiline, we offer for sale this spacious house which is need of some renovation. Although the house has been vacant for some time, it has been well maintained. Unfortunately, the house suffered some damage in a recent earthquake. However, a grant has been awarded to finance the necessary repairs to the property.

Although the appearance of the house is fairly standard, the property is set amongst several houses which boast notable architectural and historical features typical of the traditional Polichnitos look.  Behind the house, there is an artistically laid out stone courtyard with a traditional stone built, beehive oven and a sizeable storehouse which is also built in stone.
