The walls on the inside of the property have all been plastered with some stone work being left highlighted, whilst the external has been completely plastered with all of the doors, double glazed window units, and shutters, being made from blue painted aluminium.
The floor is concrete with ceramic tiles while the ceilings are stucco concrete on the first floor, whilst the second floor of the main house shows timber joists and beams. The entire house is in very good condition and decorative order. Above the bathroom a solar panels for heating water have been installed. Although the house is currently heated using a log stove in winter, a central heating system would be easy to install.
The main house, studio flat, old store house and court yard are all set within stone walls and have gated access. There is potential for off street parking by using part of the garden, which is currently fenced off.
