This eye catching and architecturally pleasing house is set just back from the sea in a tranquil setting 56m from the beach and a short walk to the fishing port and amenities of Skala Polichnitou . Set just off the lounge is a neat drinks bar (app 1.8 x 2.4m) which has been finished in natural beige/green slate.

Both bedrooms are generously sized (app 3.3 x 3.6m) with ample light from three windows and contain built in wardrobes.  Together with their adjacent bathrooms, the bedrooms occupy an entire split level each.  Likewise, the bathrooms are luxuriously finished and contain full white suites, including full length baths with coloured floor and wall tiles. The larger of the bathrooms measures app 2.7 x 2.4m.

All of the casements, window frames, doors and shutters are fabricated as high quality dark red aluminium units. These have all been recently installed and incorporate wide gauge double glazing and fly screens. The water heating system is solar, with a new panel to be installed. Currently the is not a fuel fired central heating system.

The flooring material used throughout the main house is Karystos stone tile, which is a very attractive and durable type of light green slate.  The general decorative condition of the building is good with a re-paint currently underway.
