It is located on the shore in an area known as Pigadakia (little springs) over-looking the Gera Gulf and the South Eastern corner of Lesvos. Although Pigadakia is only a very small village, there are a few fish tavernas to be found within walking distance of the house.

Pigadakia is an idyllic seafront village which is conveniently located on the Gera Gulf close to Mytiline and the island’s airport (20 minutes drive). Apart from Mytiline, the closest towns are Perama and Plomari (home of the best ouzo in Greece).The property is suitable for use either as vacation house or for rental income. It has been rented out in the past.
