This plot, which spreads over a small promontory, is situated half way between Skala Polichnitou and Nyfida. The 1500 sqm plot is just off the main road between the two resorts and commands spectacular views that encompass most of the Kalloni gulf coastline.

To supplement the amazing views that this plot offers, there is exclusive access to a stretch of pebble beach right on its boundary. Furthermore, there is a small building (approximately 25 to 30 sqm) already existing on the site, with connection to mains water and electricity.

Although it is not likely that planning permission would be granted for a major construction here, the existing building could be refurbished for use. It is on this plateau that the existing building stands. From here the land descends at its north and east edges to the sea. The remnants of an old stone wall mark the boundary between the plot and coastline, which extends eastwards towards Skala Polichnitou.

For anyone thinking about building a holiday home ‘on the coast’ (with a limited budget) this is a serious proposition to look at.
