The doors, windows and shutters are all made from very high quality chestnut wood and with moderate treatment could be made to look magnificent.
Some remedial work is required to the external plaster render and the floor covering inside needs to be replaced. The seller has agreed to undertake some of this work prior to sale.
Skala Vassilikon is a tiny fishing port with a good beach and a couple of tavernas. Polichnitos town is approx. 15 km by road and Kalloni approx. 20 km. Kalloni is both a seaside resort and the second main town of Lesvos island.
