We are delighted to act as agents for the sale of this well maintained house, set in a 1000m2 plot, overlooking farmland and the sea. It is located between Nyfida and Skala Polichnitou about 400m from the sea.

The property is approached by walking down a narrow path, 100m long, and there is also a concreted road which passes nearby and allows privately arranged access. The property is very near to the fishing harbor at Nyfida (about 750m) and the beach resort (1 km). It is also close to the fishing port of Skala Polichnitou (3 km) and the main town of Polichnitos (4 km). Both Skala Poichnitou and Nyfida offer hotels, cafes and tavernas as well as organized bathing. Polichnitos provides shops and the usual amenities one would expect from a provincial town.

The house is a single floor structure (approx. 75m2) with two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and a lounge all of which are connected by a small hallway. The plot is divided in to a well tended garden at the rear and open grass land at the front, with a fully functioning well. Using the natural spring water, this would allow you to plant fruit trees, extend the garden or grow vegetables. Furthermore, there as an old beehive oven in the front garden that can be used for baking bread, roasting meat or even the occasional barbeque.

The building was brick built in the 1980s and is a typical summer vacation house of this area. The plasterwork has been recently painted in white and blue whilst the wooden shutters have been painted red. Steps up from the garden take you on to an attractive balcony and the old style aluminium front door.

Inside the house you are welcomed into a spacious kitchen fitted with recently restored wooden wall and floor cabinets. There is a stainless steel double sink and plenty of extra storage space.

The two bedrooms are the same size and have large windows for natural light, as well as inbuilt wardrobes. The bathroom has all the usual facilities, in addition to being immaculately maintained. Throughout the house, the floors have been laid with mosaic/terrazzo which is easy to clean and maintain. The house is heated and cooled by air conditioning units whilst water is heated by solar panels.
