The property, which was built in the early 1980s, has been divided into two apartments with identical layouts. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom which are all accessed from a small hallway.

The floors in the upstairs apartment have been laid with ceramic tiles whilst the ceilings in both apartments are in timber tongue and groove. The window frames, shutters and doors in both apartments are made from dark stained wood which remains in good condition. It should be noted that none of the windows or doors in either apartment have fly-screens however both the internal and external decorative condition of each apartment is very good.

The roof, which is in good condition, appears to have been recently renovated and was originally built with French style clay roof tiles. Currently there is no solar water heating system installed at the property, and water is heated by using a conventional electric immersion heater.
